Research On The Applying Technology Of Vortex Generator Used In The Gas Boiler

At present,the thermal efficiency of the gas-fired boiler is between 80-90%at home and abroad,and exhaust gas heat loss accounted for 8-20%.Thus,the number of exhaust boiler is the key factors influencing the thermal efficiency of the boiler.According to the practical operation condition that the gas-fired boiler exhaust gas temperature is relatively high,we can make the Gas-fired boiler flue gas temperature down to below the dew point temperature,and recycle the latent heat of vaporization of the condensate,then the fuel efficiency of the boiler will be greatly improved.This thesis analyzes the operation problem of the type of 2 SZS10-1.25-Q boilers' low efficiency in Daqing Natural Gas Company Four Battalion North Gas Compressor Station.We test the parameters of the thermal load,the temperature,pressure,flue gas parts of the boiler.On the basis of energy accounting and the actual mapping,we drew a large number of domestic and foreign heat exchanger theoretical study results and the transformation instances of boiler waste heat utilization.Then determined the type of WJQ-efficient Vortex heat exchanger and defined the structure design of the Water Supply and exhaust heat exchanger system.We give full play to the characteristics of heat transfer enhancement of vortex generator,and solve the problem that common flue gas heat exchanger can not meet the requirements of the scene as the installation size is too large.Under the required conditions that do not affect the original combustion system to the pressure of the furnace and flue exhaust.Through efficient and energy-saving vortex heat exchanger's heat transfer,and using the exhaust heat preheat the boiler feed water before it enters the boiler.It makes effective heat transfer and maximize the reduction of exhaust gas temperature become a reality.And after transformation,the boiler thermal efficiency increased from 82.6%to 91.6%.
