With the development of science and technology are development, the aviation industry has become one of the important high-tech industries in the world, and its level of development has become a measure of a country's comprehensive national strength and it is an important symbol. In today's rapid economic development, rapid changes in the market conditions, how to reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, obtain greater production efficiency and competitiveness of the industry, is a matter of aviation companies need to focus on.In this paper, the Avic Hunan Nanfang Aviation Industry Co. Ltd. a s example. Firstly, we analyse the implementation of lean manufacturing process, found its low productivity production process, low customer satisfaction and low product quality and so on. Then,we use lean manufacturing tools and instruments typical of the products in question to the existence of the business improvement, improved production efficiency, customer satisfaction, product quality, sav ing production costs and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.The main contents are as follows:(1) We analyzed AVIC Southern Aerospace Limited production process problems including low productivity, customer satisfaction and low level of product quality. For these three problems cited three typical products, namely the too low productivity split ring, a lot of waste of S-284320 ah compensation axis and unstable quality of P785421 eccentric sleeve production quality. According to analyse the need for companies to implement lean production and these cases to explain the necessity of implementing lean production, and then we generalized the goal.(2) For the low productivity mentioned above, we analyzed the reasons why the split ring productivity is too low by analysing the split ring raw materials and primary processing to find the resons of problems. We should have made the purpose and the conditions and process optimization feature, then develop and implement improvement plans related to these causes. By shunting ring machining process integration, adjustment processing size, tool parameter optimization, fixture improved processing methods to improve the means, we have improved the processing quality production efficiency and product diversion ring Man foot production schedule requirements, but also reduce the cost of production.(3) For the low Customer Satisfaction, S-284320 AH loss compensation axis big waste problem.
