| The condition monitoring and state maintenance of the substation equipments is an important part of the intelligent substation, and the traditional monitoring method is to adopt preventive test, regular power outages check the "scheduled maintenance", which has a series of shortcomings of affecting production, long test period, higher spending, unable to find potential failure equipment failure, and unable to monitor the trend of the equipment troubles in real-time, etc.The pointer type instrument is widely used in the switch cabinet of substation because of simple structure, good visualization, and strong anti electromagnetic interference. In view of the SF6 pressure meter green represents security, yellow represents critical risk, red represents danger. In the thesis, timing acquisition image is through the camera, image processing uses the median filtering, skeletonization, least square method, two valued, etc. The state and strength of pressure gauge can be get after three steps of the central position of judgment, angle range of color area judgment and judging the state and strength values of pressure gauge. The judgment result transfers to the PC in the control room through ZigBee wireless network. The state and intensity values of each gauge can be visually observed, and the status of the specified gauge can be refreshed in the LabVIEW.The front-end system includes: monitoring terminal module, wireless medium point module, and wireless receive module. Monitoring terminal module includes camera module, motor module for blocking the light, STM32 module for image processing and ZigBee module for wireless transmission with ZigBee terminal program burned in. wireless medium is divided into two categories, with RN+ node or RN- node program burned in. wireless receiving module is burned of coordinator program, used for receiving and sending instructions by PC.The background system was designed based on LabVIEW software. It includes data collection, data analysis, pressure gauge status display, data record, and state display in curve,which displayes the status of each gauge vividly.Finally, we tested the distance of the ZigBee wireless network in the laboratory, drawing reliable transmission distance. Verify feasibility of SF6 circuit breaker online monitoring system based on photo-electricity and wireless transmission technology. |
