Present seismic design codes are Code for Seismic Design of Urban Bridges(CJJ 166-2011) and Guidelines for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges(JTG/TB02-01-2008) in China,which respectively issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Ministry of Transport. As the codes issued by different ministries,there are many differences in seismic parameters.In this dissertation, according to the response spectrum parameters of the two codes,take pile-soil interaction into consideration and no pile-soil interaction into consideration to make seismic analysis through response spectrum method.And by setting a non-isolated scheme, isolated scheme and hybrid isolated scheme(there cases) to make the isolation research. Base on the comparison and analysis,some conclusion can be drawn as follows:1?Pile-soil interaction may change the vibration mode shapes and the orders of bridges, and the structural performance under earthquake action has great influence.Therefore it is necessary to consider the influence of pile-soil interaction when analyzing the earthquake resistance.2?Code for Seismic Design of Urban Bridges is whole higher than Guidelines for Seismic Design of Highway Bridges in seismic fortification criterion which on Site soil type II.3?Full-bridge or fixed pier and main piers set friction pendulum bearings can achieve good isolation effectiveness. Only setting friction pendulum bearings on the fixed pier also can achieve isolation effectiveness, however the isolation effectiveness is lower than Full-bridge or fixed pier and main piers set friction pendulum bearings.4?In engineering practice, hybrid isolated scheme should be avoided fixed pier setting common bearings while other piers setting reduce isolation bearings for seismic isolation design.
