With the rapid development of dynamics simulation and finite element simulation technology and a series of science and technology, research and development the development of tribology research is from the traditional experimental research and experiment to the combination of virtual simulation. A series of changes in relative motion between two parts of the surface wear of bearings in the research, and better result in friction and wear of bearing surface, and to explore a series of changes occurred in the contact surface of the bearing friction in the process, to the maximum extent to avoid bearing internal parts between the unnecessary wear.Based on the cylindrical roller bearing as the research object, carries on the analysis of friction dynamics simulation, finite element analysis and temperature field of the. The research contents of this paper include:1.The application of three-dimensional geometric model of 3D modeling software Solid Works to establish a cylindrical roller bearing, the correctness of the assembly and to verify the model, to prepare for the follow-up study.2.The use of dynamic software ADAMS of cylindrical roller bearing model for dynamic simulation, get the roll errotates within a week of retainer of angular velocity curve, rolling body and the inner friction force curve. And the study of bearings in different speed, the change trend of the friction roller and inner3.The use of software ANSYS Workbench static simulation of cylindrical roller bearing model, different position of roller contact stress nephogram, and explain the variation of the image.
