As the key component of the mechanical transmission system,cylindrical roller bearings are widely used in wind power gearboxes,large and medium-sized motors,internal combustion power generation equipment,and lifting and handling machinery.However,due to the harsh working environment and complex working conditions,the bearing will generate a lot of heat under the high DN value condition.The temperature of bearing will be higher,which have great effects on the working life and stability of bearing and mechanical transmission system.The internal load distribution of bearing is closely related to the friction torque.The manufacturing error,the flexibility of ring and roller have great influence on the bearing internal load distribution and stiffness.Therefore,it is urgent to study the influence of manufacturing errors on the flexible cylindrical roller bearing internal load distribution and stiffness.The bearing friction torque has various forming factors.The speed,radial force,and manufacturing errors have important effects on friction torque.However,the current research on the causes of bearing friction torque is not comprehensive,so it is urgent to conduct a research on the theoretical analysis method of flexible cylindrical roller bearing friction torque.The study of the influence waviness amplitude and order on the flexible bearing friction torque is also necessary.It can be the foundation for develop the low friction torque cylindrical roller bearing method.The transient temperature characteristics have a great influence on the performance of mechanical transmission.Therefore,the study on the transient temperature characteristics of the bearing.Meanwhile,it is also important to carry out a study on the optimization algorithm of cylindrical roller bearing manufacturing parameters,in which the manufacturing errors are considered.The aim of the optimization algorithm is to decrease the bearing friction torque.These work can provide some theoretical support for design the low friction torque cylindrical roller bearing.A good lubricating condition can effectively reduce the bearing frictional power loss and decrease the suppression the rise of bearing temperature.However,the current bearing lubricating analysis distribute the heat to each part of bearing evenly,which is not realistic.Thus,it is urgent to carry out a study on the two-phase fluid-solid coupling bearing lubricating,in which the transient thermal boundary is considered.This mehod can provide some useful advice for the rational design of bearing lubricating devices.The main work includes:(1)To analysis the internal load distribution and stiffness of cylindrical roller bearing,a quasi-static analysis model of flexible cylindrical roller bearing ia proposed,in which the manufacturing errors are considered.The influences of speed and radial force on the flexible deformation of rings and rollers,the internal load distribution,and bearing stiffness are studied.The effects of waviness amplitude and order on the internal load distribution and stiffness are also analyzed.(2)To analysis the friction torque of cylindrical roller bearings,a theoretical analysis method is proposed,in which the flexibility of bearing is considered.The influence of speed,radial force,waviness amplitude and order on friction torque are studied.(3)To solve the problem that the manufacturing parameters optimization algorithm of cylindrical roller bearing with the goal of low friction torque,the transient temperature characteristics analysis model of bearing system is proposed.The influence of speed,radial force,waviness amplitude and order on the bearing temperature are analyzed.A bearing manufacturing parameters algorithm optimization based on the multiverse optimization algorithm is carried out.The the optimization results of bearing manufacturing parameters under different waviness amplitudes and orders are studied.(4)Aiming at the problem of bearing two-phase fluid-solid coupling lubricating analysis,a cylindrical roller bearing two-phase fluid-solid coupling lubrication analysis model is proposed,in which the transient thermal boundary is considered.The influence of oil flow rate,speed,waviness amplitude and order,the lubricating oil viscosity,and the number of nozzles on the bearing lubricating characteristics are analyzed.These work can explore a reasonable method s of bearing lubricating device,which can reduce the friction power loss,and the suppression the rise of bearing temperature.
