In soft soil area with poor geological condition, uneven settlement will occur because of low soil bearing capacity. There will be great damages in buldings. The foundation works as a recessive work, its uneven subsidence brings up hazards. Uneven subsidence causes excessive deformation of the upper structure, cracking, tilting or even collapse. This article uses different piles to control and level uneven settlement for the first question, so that the foundation can achieve uniform settlement.In this paper, it has became a top priority to avoid and mitigate uneven settlement, a composite foundation formes in a special mode with the configuration of different pile outside the wall.The composite foundation with a wall and concrete piles shares loading, a pile uses cement and sand, the wall, piles and soils share loading together to form a composite foundation. A special pile raft foundation is formed with laying the raft, shame cushion and base cushion. Pile raft composite foundation is a common composite foundation. Using the composite foundation, pile raft foundation will not only improve the overall capacity, and it can effectively prevent damage due to the differential settlement. Set a certain thickness cushion, pile and soil between piles are deformed to share loads. Adjusting piles and soil between piles to balance loads. At the same time the the whole process of disintegration is easier without concrete piles, and it will not bring radical change to the soil, which is a form of environmentally friendly foundation.This paper describes the model test by the impact of different configuration of the outer wall and the piles for the role of the settlement distribution. Contents of this new concept of composite foundation, the applicable conditions and improved forms, reinforcement and other aspects of the principle. Detailed introduction to the five kinds of configurations in the role of the pile with wall, it reaches different configurations of piles and impact on the uneven settlement via changing the height of the pile to find the best configuration.
