Since the 20 th century, the prestressed concrete of small box girder has been developed rapidly in China highway, however, with the passage of time, prestressed tendons in prestressed concrete structures began to slowly corrosion, rust or even broken, Especially Bridges were built in the air contains a lot of acid, alkali, salt and other chemicals, easy to electrochemical corrosion. In addition, many prestressed concrete compactness does not meet the requirements or lack of concrete cover,lead the prestressed tendon exposed to the air that contains a lot of water, acid, alkali and other corrosive elements. In order to let small girder can meet the requirements of the special environment of prestressed concrete, this paper discusses the using of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced composite material) instead ordinary pre-stressed reinforcement effect on highway small prestressed concrete box girder, because of its light weight, high strength and good corrosion resistance, and many other superior characteristics than common prestressed steel strand, is expected to fundamentally solve some of the. problems occured in the highway small prestressed concrete box girder bridge This paper exploratory research the design method of highway small CFRP prestressed concrete box girder, the main content of the research include: the basic characteristics of small CFRP prestressed box girder. Including the basic properties of the CFRP tendons, the CFRP prestressed anchorage method, CFRP tendons as a feasibility analysis of prestressed reinforcement. Detailed as follows:?Design principle and method of study on small box girder. Given the damage definition formula, the calculate method of flexural bearing capacity limit state, limit state method to calculate the shear bearing capacity of small box girder.? Research on prestressed CFRP concrete box beams.To establish simulation model of prestressed concrete box girder of ordinary steel and CFRP, analysis its force characteristics.? Analyze and research on the key technology of prestressed CFRP concrete box girder. Its about the problem of bent and prestress loss and anchor.?Research on the key points of construction and design. Based on the analysis above, provide the design suggestions of prestressed CFRP concrete box girder, and combined with the actual situation, give the construction suggestions of prestressed CFRP concrete box girder.?Economic analysis. Compare the standards design of prestressed concrete box girder between CFRP and common steel strand, comparison and analysis the economic value by using CFRP as prestressing tendon.
