Based on the jinhuajiang cable-stayed bridge, this paper analyses the effect of various prestressed tendon on pylon tower. We compare these results and get some valuable law which can be referenced to by design department. Besides we find control point on the section of pylon tower and put forward the calculation equation for the optimization of prestressed tendon layout. And the optimization result is got through the equation. The calculation indicates that preloading stress can be more homogeneous by adopting optimized project of prestressed tendon layout. And the optimized project can save a lot of prestress materials. Rationality of construction and prestressed tendon layout around cable-girder anchorage zone is also tested in this paper. The result indicates that the design of anchorage zone is appropriate.
