River protection engineering water ecological system and land ecological system is the region of substance, energy and information exchange an important transition zone, is the necessary foundation of human survival and development, related to the sustainable development of economy and society, and at the same time to improve the biodiversity, control soil erosion, river bank, the adjusting microclimate and beautify the environment, the development tourism activity has important practical significance, along with the advancement of modernization, urban multi-functional high grade for the construction of the target and the overall requirements of sustainable development, the urban embankment construction put forward new and higher requirements, not only is the city levee with functions of flood control, but also has the function of landscape environment and, when necessary, with a variety of functions such as traffic, commercial, walk the road of sustainable development, belong to the big economic province in northeast China, heilongjiang province through a lot of water system including the border of our country:the ussuri river, loose, the river and the songhua river water system in the province; River protection engineering optimization is of great significance for our province, for the river basin, river protection engineering optimization can effectively prevent the river beach to shore, cause serious soil and water loss and prevent the flood; For continental river songhua river water system, river engineering optimization for urban flood control and disaster relief, economic development and to beautify cities is of great social significance.Study in heilongjiang river protection type optimization scheme, this paper based on the analysis of river protection engineering construction and the importance of levee engineering both at home and abroad on the basis of present situation and the research dynamic optimization was studied for the heilongjiang river protection type, for river basin is mainly to optimize the channel slope protection method, put forward the nine more solution, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and RAGA-PPC model combined with the research on its optimized, it is concluded that the optimal slope protection ways for dry stone paving; For water system of Harbin songhua river right section of the embankment dam type model optimization research, put forward 5 more solution, using the method of synthesized integration in optimization scheme of 5 kinds of sorting, it is concluded that the optimal scheme for the dam shoulder beam prefabricated pile activity steel gate of flood control wall solution.In conclusion, the study on domestic existing river protection on the basis of engineering design experience, using scientific theory and method, combined with the actual, from the aspects of economy, application, innovation, by using the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and comprehensive integration method theory to evaluate schemes, choosing the optimal solution. In strengthening the construction of embankments, improving the capability of flood control at the same time, actively explore green city, beautify the city function, benefit the people of multiple dam, as a combination of a new idea of urban construction, improve the river protection function. To build for the future choice of city river protection project, provide a good reference.
