Research On The Planning For Sustainable Development Of The Urban Park System In Shenzhen

The urban park system is not only the main subject of urban ecosystem, but also the city residents'recreational space and sport venue. After more than30years of development, Shenzhen urban parks have significant upgrade. However, with the continuous progress of urbanization, the urban ecological environment suffers ever serious destruction, while urban residents have showed highly growing demands for green. Moreover, all kinds of problems are found in the eco-park construction and management. It is quite necessary to research the strategy of sustainable development of the urban park system from a macro view and in a more systematic manner, so as to make it more ecology friendly.This paper, taking Shenzhen urban park as the object, takes the system theory, tourism theory and public management theory as the theoretical research basis, initially constructs the analysis framework of Shenzhen urban park system, enriches the theoretical system for Shenzhen urban park system, provides some reference idea for the practices of the urban park system's sustainable development, and researches the urban park by using the system analysis, literature research, comparative analysis, field survey and other diversified means of analysis. This paper also studies the development of status of urban park system from the aspects of policies, economy and operational management, and focuses on the feature study of Shenzhen urban park system from the type, size and service radius, layout and other aspects.The author summarizes the following problems found in the existing urban park system of Shenzhen:uneven distribution and development of urban parks, irrational structure of park types, incapacities of the park operators, unreasonable park management and etc. In order to solve such problems, the author puts forward the targets of the sustainable development of Shenzhen urban park system, according to the relevant targets and principles, future to propose the strategy of sustainable development in Shenzhen urban park system and its management model and policy designing.
