All hydrogen bell type furnace is the most widely used cold rolling product annealing equipment at present.Its main characteristics are low cost of production,operation and maintenance,high quality of annealed products,and good flexibility and extensibility.The Panzhihua Steel Vanadium Co.Ltd.cold rolling plant currently has 39 hydrogen bell furnace,Due to the investment in the relatively early time,the control part of the whole system has serious aging,equipment and the automatic control system cannot meet the actual needs of the development of enterprises,and the key control technology is introduced from the German company to LOI,which seriously restricted the promotion of production automation batch self.In order to make full hydrogen bell type furnace full capacity in later production and continuously improve the annealing quality of cold rolled products,the control part of the whole hydrogen bell type furnace in Pangang cold rolling plant is redesigned.This paper takes the process of Pangang cold rolling mill as the research object.On the basis of referring to the relevant data of bell type furnace,this paper systematically introduces the present situation and development trend of automatic control system of bell type furnace.By exploring and studying the basic automation system in line with the actual situation of the enterprise,combined with the actual production process requirements of the enterprise bell type furnace,the use of industrial network technology,automatic control of electrical principles,PLC technology design.Based on the process control level,basic automation level Ethernet and device level fieldbus,the control layer adopts SIEMENS S7 series PLC,and the field adopts ET200 M remote I/O.Through the hardware,network configuration and program design,completed the bell furnace sealing test,gas displacement,hydrogen flow monitoring,temperature control,safety interlock and restart control.In addition,the operation and debugging of the control system are analyzed and summarized.The design of this project strictly follows the principle of practical,reliable and environmental protection,and ensures the high automation and sustainability of the equipment and control system.The system was put into operation,high degree of automation,good product quality,stable production,the failure rate dropped significantly,achieved satisfactory control effect,achieve the full automation high speed,bell furnace production enterprises,enhance the market competitiveness of products.The automation design scheme of this project provides a set of practical and reference methods and models for industrial automation enterprises.
