In view of the gas drainage engineering,there are some problems such as unbalanced gas drainage,low efficiency and blind construction,select Xinyi mine as the research object,carry out the gas geological research,the main research achievements are as follows:Based on the analysis of geological factors affecting gas drainage,divided gas extraction geological unit of the?1 coal seam.Among them,there is only one unit of the first level gas extraction geological unit,the secondary gas extraction geological unit have twenty-four units,the gas geological unit can be extracted have sixteen units,can't gas geological extraction unit have eight units,level three gas extraction geological unit and secondary gas geological unit in can extraction gas geological unit overlap.Namely the level three gas extraction geological unit have sixteen units,the level four gas extraction geological unit have six units.Analysis characteristics of the gas extraction aggrandizement layer,optimizing the reinforcement process,Xinyi mine tectonic soft coal full-thickness development,coal damage degree than or equal to?,the coal coefficient f value basic is less than0.5,strengthen layer system structure belongs to the type II,to calculate the mine of Xinyi's surface strengthening layer,the safe and effective thickness between 16.3m16.3m m,more than 15m safe thickness of water-resisting layer,bottom hydraulic strengthening process shall be implemented.According to the coal body structure,roof and floor lithology,water sensitivity and comprehensive analysis of hydrogeology conditions,Xinyi mine Strengthening layer optimization IId or IID type,different tectonic units of coal body structure,the characteristics of strengthening layer and mine roadway arrangement of production,the optimal way of strengthening methods and strengthening effect combination is conventional hydraulic punching and hydraulic pressure.On the basis of Gas extraction geological units division and strengthening process optimization research,field application is implemented in underground,inspect the gas extraction effect.The results showed,punching efficiency is doubled.Using old hole repairing rig for the extraction through hole drilling,improve the effect of the gas extraction,gas extraction from scalar increased from 20m3/d average to 46m3/d,The extraction efficiency is doubled.The research shows that the gas drainage geological unit division and the strengthening layer system construction is of great significance to improve the gas drainage effect.
