The shale gas reserves in China are huge. With the increasing consumption ofe-n ergy, the development of shale gas exploitation has also accelerated. Most shale gas re serves in Chinalie in the mountains. In a limited construction site, increasing the number of fracturing trucks to increase working pressure and displacement is not feasib-le.This requires improving thepower of bicycles to achieve "small wells, large operation s." This paper proposes to use the turboshaft engine as the power source of the 6500 HP fracturing pump.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the turboshaft en-gi ne and the fracturing pump, the corresponding transmission methods are studied and t he key components are designed.Through the finite element analysis of the transmi-ss ion system and key components, the analysis results meet the design requirements, prov iding the basis for the study of the 6500 HP fracturing pump power drive. The sp-ecifi c research content is as follows:1.By analyzing the characteristics of the turboshaft engine and the 6500 HP fracturing pump, the problem of matching between the two is studied.2.In order to make the fracturing pump and the engine work well together, the designed transmission scheme is relatively complete, and two feasible transmission methods have been studied. The full hydraulic transmission and the hydraulic mechanical transmission are selected through comparison.3.Through the calculation of the key components of the two transmission solutions and the analysis of the overall transmission method, the hydraulic mechanical transmission is selected as the final solution, and a toothed coupling is designed for the hydraulic mechanical transmission.4.Parametric modeling of gear couplings using SolidWorks software.Use ANSYS Workbench software for finite element analysis. The tooth strength of the coupling w as checked by finite element static analysis;the natural frequency and mode shape of the coupling were obtained through finite element modal analysis to determine wh-ethe r resonance occurred.5.Using SolidWorks to perform three-dimensional modeling of the hydromechanical transmission system, modal analysis was performed using ANSYS Workbench soft ware to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of the system, and compared with the excitation frequency of the main working parts of the 6500 HP fracturing pu-mp.Analyze whether it will generate resonance.
