In our country,Shale gas reservoir is in the mountainous area,and the area of well site is limited and hard to lay out.In this paper,the current domestic Shale gas development problems,the 6500 HP fracturing pump with high pressure and large flow used to replace the traditional low power fracturing pump can reduce the amount of fracturing trucks and achieve small well site layout. Now, with the development of fracturing pump toward the direction of high pressure and large displacement, which will certainly demand the design about the crankshaft can adapt to their work and the crankshaft can be safe and reliable. For this reason, the subject in the study of the crankshaft structure of 6500 HP quintuplicate single acting fracturing pump, a new structure of five-throw three supporting crankshaft adapting to the high power demand is designed and analyzed by FEM, on the basis of the analysis results meeting the design objectives provides reference base for parameters modification of the new crankshaft structure. Study details are as follows:(1)Accourding to the experience of the strength analysis and experience, it designed the overall transmission scheme for the power end for 6500 HP fracturing pump, including the transmission scheme design of the power end of 6500 HP fracturing pump and the structure design of the key parts.;(2)According to the experience design formula and general design skills of the various components of fracturing pump power end, design structural parameters of the new crankshaft and its associated components for the preliminary scheme;(3)By analyzing deeply the stress of the crankshaft to accurately and effectively grasp its actual operation;(4)To determine the specific role form and position of the load, research the specific loading method of force(torque) and displacement constraints, do static analysis for the Finite element model of new crankshaft, meanwhile check its structural strength and stiffness;(5)By doing modal analysis for the finite element model of new crankshaft, to determine the natural frequencies and mode shapes of its structure, and identify the weak location of the structural in the initial program design.
