| Continuous casting is a process to directly obtain the casting blank by casting,condensing,cutting,deburring and so on.The continuous casting machine is mainly composed of a turret,in ladle,tundish,charter,mould,mould oscillator,two water systems and casting device,a straightening device and a cutting device and blanking machine etc.Continuous casting steel platform is the most important part of continuous casting production.Large Ladle Turntable and intermediate car are the key equipments for continuous casting steel platform,which bear the important task of receiving molten steel and injecting molten steel into mould.Molten steel contains some steel slag.During the process of pouring steel,in order to avoid steel slag carrying into the billet,it will lose part of molten steel at the end of pouring steel,thereby losing part of the economic benefits.When the safety accident of ladle burning or leaking steel occurs,it can also avoid further expansion of the loss if the ladle can be quickly and effectively transferred to the accident position.Therefore,improving the safety,continuity and economy of cast steel is the content that this article needs to solve.With the development of automation technology,PLC automatic control technology has been widely used in continuous casting machine.In this paper,based on the principle of SIEMENS S7-400 PLC programmable logic control,based on the requirements of continuous casting process,the control system of continuous casting steel platform is designed,which involves the selection,configuration,communication,programming and Simulation of PLC.In order to improve safety,continuous casting and economy,in the traditional cast steel platform based on automatic control,add the following three kinds of control functions,is a large tilting function,reduce the casting of molten steel at the end of the waste,improve the yield of liquid steel;two large and medium-sized packet collision protection and elimination packet collision safety,ensure the safety of equipment;three is in the process of accident of cast steel rotary function,take the hydraulic driving to achieve big accident in the accident to ensure that rotary ladle blackout state timely to an accident.According to the control principle of three new functions,the program is designed and simulated.Simulation results show that the design scheme of large and medium sized package protection and tilting collision accident of rotatory function is feasible. |
