| The comprehensive recovery of copper and cadmium slag during the wet zinc smelting process has become an important means for improving the economic efficiency of many zinc smelting enterprises in the nonferrous metals industry.On the one hand,low-grade or high-impurity ore sources are selected;on the other hand,technical resources are used to improve slag resources.Comprehensive recovery level to obtain greater economic benefits of by-products.Therefore,how to effectively improve the comprehensive recycling technology level of copper and cadmium slag,and recover as much copper,cadmium,cadmium,and other valuable metals as possible in the copper-cadmium slag.The major problems faced by many zinc smelting companies.This study focused on three major problems in the comprehensive recovery process of copper-cadmium slag from northwest lead-zinc smelter: low grade of copper slag,high cadmium content in cadmium-depleted solution,and low cadmium recovery rate in the system.First of all,theoretical analysis and experimental research were conducted to explore the control conditions of copper and cadmium slag comprehensive recovery process: copper cadmium slag leaching,copper slag pickling,primary leaching solution replacement,cadmium nitrate acid dissolution and other technological processes.Secondly,according to the theory,experimental research results and production practice experience,an improved scheme for the comprehensive recovery process of copper and cadmium slag was proposed.Two-stage pickling process of copper slag was innovatively developed,and a secondary displacement of cadmium and cotton combined production process was performed.,And the three-stage purification of residual cadmium residue ball grinding-recycling technology,in addition also optimized the wet purification of zinc in a process to remove copper and cadmium,improved the way of crude cadmium smelting,research and adjustment of a purification process in addition to copper and cadmium The zinc particle size in the.Finally,an industrial production operation standard for the comprehensive recovery process of copper and cadmium slag was put forward,and it was successfully applied to the production practice and achieved pHased results. |
