Vinyl chloride monomer polymerization reaction to generate thermoplastic polymer polyvinyl chloride.As a wide range of general purpose plastics,PVC because of its excellent resistance to fire and other advantages,it can be applied to all walks of life,and the source of the extensive and low-cost characteristics of the decision is that it can be bulk produce.So,today,we will find PVC products are applied to all aspects of national economic life.But can not be ignored is that with the degree of refinement of the social division of labor,PVC material requirements are gradually increased: people need specific performance PVC composite materials to meet their needs,but also the need for strength and toughness are relatively inadequate PVC Composite materials in the mechanical performance of the performance has been further improved.Because the operation is simple,and the modification effect is obvious and so on,so blending as a physical modification of the polymer method,received people’s favor.PVC composite toughness is poor,and at lower temperatures will occur decomposition reaction,limiting the PVC products in the field of engineering applications.Glass fiber and PVC matrix after blending processing,to a large extent can enhance the mechanical properties of PVC composite materials.In the PVC by adding modifiers,different modifiers depending on the amount of addition,PVC composite toughness also had a different impact.In this paper,the effects of different promoters on the different mechanical properties of PVC composites were analyzed by comparing the PVC of glass fiber reinforced PVC,the toughant CPE toughening PVC and the modified agent ACR toughening PVC.Formula,can improve the PVC composite materials,but also can increase the toughness of PVC composite materials.
