Analysis On The Investment Value Of Shenwu Environmental Technology Based On Financial Statements

In November 2017,at the opening ceremony of the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered a report to the General Assembly on behalf of the 18 th Central Committee.The goal of the report on the powerful socialist modernization is formulated as follows: By the middle of this century,China will be built into a "Prosperous,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern powerful country".Compared with the past,the expression of "beautifulness" has been added to the expression of development goals by the Report of the 19 th CPC National Congress."Adhering to the harmonious co-existence between man and nature" has also been written into the basic strategy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era,while the construction of ecological civilization has been pushed to a new height.In recent years,national and local governments have stepped up their policy support for the listing of environmental protection companies.For example,environmental protection companies can obtain financing for listing after meeting certain conditions.Then,environmental protection companies will become more and more common in the capital market.The development prospects and investment value of listed companies in the environmental protection industry are also receiving more attention.These become the major issues of concern to investors that how to determine the investment value of listed companies in the environmental protection industry and what risks should be paid attention to.This paper first summarizes the theory of value investment,and then analyzes the macro-environment and the environmental protection industry,finally choosing the company named Shenwu Environmental Technology in the environmental protection special equipment manufacturing industry as the research object.Through analyzing its fundamentals,this paper chooses a two-stage free cash flow model to evaluate its intrinsic value.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized and investment advice and risk tips are given.This study aims to provide a basis for investors to make decisions and provide theoretical support and practical reference for investors to analyze the investment value of the same type of target companies.The full text includes six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,content and ideas,tools and methods.The second chapter expounds the research status and related theories and methods at home and abroad.The third chapteranalyzes the macro environment,environmental protection industry,environmental protection company characteristics,environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry status quo.The fourth chapter is the Fundamental Analysis of Shenwu Environmental Technology,which contains four parts: the basic situation of the enterprise and the main development course,the core competence analysis,the financial analysis,the industry development trend and the company development strategy.The fifth chapter,using the theory of value investment,chooses two stages of free cash flow model to carry out investment value analysis of Shenwu Environmental Technology.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the study and gives investment advice and risk tips from the perspectives of macroeconomic changes,environmental protection industry development,sustainability management capabilities,and safeguard measures.It also states the limitations of research.
