Along with the Chinese industrial fast development,mankind's economy society's development has also brought the more important environment problem at the same time.For this problem,Government sets a very severe requirement on the industrial wastewater discharge.The pollutant concentrations in drainage has already been promoted from third let level to the national discharge standard I.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade andreconstruct chemical waste treatment.In this paper,we upgraded and reconstructed the original water treatment system of the chemical plant.The wastewater of the plant contains a mass of high biological activity organic pollutants and some organic substances are un-biodegraded(e.g.high concentration organic pollutants,suspended solid,ammonia nitrogen etc.,)However,the plant is also stepping into a developing period with the continuously increasing production,original wastewater system cannot satisfy the need.According to the characteristic of wastewater,water quality of in let and out let,technology characteristicsand existing Problems of original wastewater systemwas analyzed.We formulated the principle and target,gave out the difficulties of engineering renovation.Based on the original structure of water treatment system,the shortage of sewage treatment station,requirement for water quality of in/outflow etc,we take the process of design calculation and comparison study,confirming scheme of modification which A~2O+MBR as the primary treatment,installing and debugging.Debugging stage can be divided to two stages:operation phase and stabilization stage.The data show that the water quality is very volatilein the running stage of first three months,failing to meet the target.Under stable operation condition,the average removalofCODandammonianitrogenwere96.67%and78.47%respectively.Afterupgrading and reconstruction of the systems,the outflow COD,ammonia nitrogen and suspended solidwere 100mg/L,15mg/Land 70mg/L.It is indicated by the plant operation of this project for a long time that this process has a high efficiency of treatment which The effluent quality can meet the national standard,and stable water quality.In a word,this engineering renovation satisfies the requirement of self-requirement of plant and national standard,but there were still some problems,this paper gave some comments.
