Stduy On Water Control Technology With Foam In Edge Water Resevior

In the edge water reservoir,with the continuous development of oil field and the invasion of edge water,the water content has increased sharply,resulting in poor development effect and low economic benefit.What's more,the studied block is heavy oil reservoir with high viscosity of crude oil,and the mining method is thermal recovery.To solve above problems,looking for a kind of high temperature,good performance plugging agent can solve the above problems,which is of great significance for the exploration of edge water reservoir.On the basis of literature research,this thesis chooses lignin gel foam plugging agent which can bear high temperature.This thesis has carried on the static evaluation firstly,including high temperature foam system performance evaluation and the development of lignin gel foam system.Next is the dynamic evaluation,mainly studied the influence on lignin gel foam sealing ability of gas liquid ratio,permeability and drive process.And the effects of injection rate,injection slug size,different heterogeneity to improve oil recovery for lignin gel foam.Finally,the influence factors of the lignin gel foam inhibiting edge water is studied,and the main influence factors are injection time,edge water pressure,the types of crude oil,etc.The research results show that the optimal formula for lignin gel foam: ?(lignin)=0.06g/m L,?(hydroquinone)=0.035g/m L,?(methenamine)=0.07g/m L,foaming agent concentration 5%.When the gas-liquid ratio is 1:1 and injection method is gas-liquid mixing injection,the water plugging effect of lignin gel foam is very good.As the injection of lignin gel foam(0.3 PV,PV,0.4 0.3 PV)increases,enhanced recovery degree increases.Remain the total injection volume of lignin gel foam and nitrogen unchanged,within a certain range increased number of slug can enhance oil recovery degree.When the edge water pressure is 4MPa and composite water cut is 95%,plugging effect of the lignin gel foam is the best and the ultimate recovery of crude oil is the highest.
