Molecularly imprinting technology is a new technology being used to synthesize selectively separate materials.The binding interactions between the molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)and the biological macromolecules proteins are similar to the specific binding effect between natural antigen-antibody,and MIP has advantages that natural antibodies don't have.In this thesis,protein was chosen as object template to synthesize the specific recognized molecular imprinting materials,as protein MIP has tremendous potential usage in the field of clinical examination,medical diagnosis,chromatographic analysis and peptide separation and purification.Molecularly imprinted polymer prepared by traditional methods exists shortcomings such as template molecule elution difficulties,poor specificity and small adsorption capacity.In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional methods,the study chose lysozyme protein molecule as a template molecule,a magnetic particle as the carrier,prepared by suspension polymerization magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer microspheres,and tested their adsorption properties.Specific contents are as follows:Choose magnetic particle as carrier,lysozyme as template molecule,acrylamide as functional monomer,N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent,prepare imprinted magnetic polymer.And by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),imprinted polymers were characterized.Choosing magnetic material as a carrier is a good way to avoid the traditional complex operation.Adsorption of magnetic imprinted polymers was studied.Adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics were studied by UV spectrophotometry,using high-performance liquid chromatography method analyzed specific adsorption of magnetic imprinted polymers.In this study,finally determined 0.01 g magnetic Imprinted Polymer concentration in4 mL 0.5mg / mL lysozyme in phosphate buffer(PBS,pH 7.0,0.02 mol / L)in,20 ?constant absorption 30 min,the adsorption capacity of 49.2mg / g,the imprinted factor is1.63,while the magnetic lysozyme imprinted polymers have specific adsorption of lysozyme.
