Study On The Analytical Methods For Quality Control Of Ganmao Qingre Dropping Pills

Ganmao Qingre dropping pills is a new dosage form which is developed from Ganmao Qingre dropping particles in order to meet the needs of the market.Ganmao Qingre dropping pills is composed of Pueraria,Nepeta ear,Mint,Fangfeng,Bupleurum,Basil leaves,Platycodon grandiflorum,Bitter almond,Angelica dahurica,Kudiding and Phragmites,which has the effect of clearing cold and heat,and treating chill cold.It is a kind of cold cure which is widely used in modern clinical medicine.However,the feasible quality control method of the new dosage is rarely reported so far.In order to develop a kind of scientific,reasonable and feasible quality control method suitable Ganmao Qingre dropping pills,the following research would be done.1 According to the bioactivity of Ganmao Qingre dropping pills and the known components of its composed herbs,Puerarin in pueraria lobata,prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-?-D-glucosyl-5-O-methyvisamminol in Fangfeng,saikosaponin-a and saikosaponin-d in Bupleurum,Corynoline in Kudiding,Amygdalin in Bitter almond,Platycodon grandiflorum contrast medicinal materials,Angelica dahurica contrast medicinal materials were chosen as the factors of qualitative identification.The extracted solutions composed from different solvents were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and compared with the chromatographic plate of the reference substance.The appropriate chromatographic spots were selected as the qualitative identification standard of the drug.2 Puerarin in pueraria lobata and Amygdalin in Bitter almond were selected as the index ingredient on behalf of the cold heat prescription.The contents of Puerarin and Amygdalin in Ganmao Qingre dropping pills were tested respectively by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.The corresponding methods of quality control standard were established.
