In recent years, Glyphosate has been widely produced and used as a type oforganic phosphorus in uptake and herbicide, due to its characteristics includingbroad-spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity, and safety. Domestic production ofglyphosate expanding the production scale of enterprises, Product sales competitionbecoming more fiercely, the sales competition needs higher quality requirementsabout glyphosate. In glyphosate TC detection analysis, nitroso glyphosate productcontent is an important quality index.According GB12686-2004Glyphosate inspection method,because buffer saltsolution concentration is too big,in the actual application performance liquidchromatographic column balance time is longer,,And easy to cause the buffer saltcrystallization in the chromatographic column and the chromatograph pipelineplugging and once jam is not easy to wash,it is very difficult in the production ofquickly and accurately quantitative detectionIn this paper, through the use of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and LC-MS technology, for different production process inglyphosate TC impurity nitroso glyphosate qualitative, it is determined that the nitrosoglyphosate exist in different production process of glyphosate TC; according toGB12686-2004,glyphosate TC test method of buffer salt solution concentration is toolarge,it is cannot test the product of the nitroso glyphosate fast and accuratemeasurement.Papers were optimized through experiments of nitroso glyphosateexternal standard method for quantitative analysis, results showed that the relativestandard deviation of3.3%; the coefficient of variation was0.9991; the averagerecovery rate was97.31~99.42%, the linear range of25~200g/ml, the lowestdetection limit was5g/kg, this method is simple rapid and easy to operate.By using optimization method, Depending on the production process ofglyphosate TC detection analysis,which find out different production process betweenthe nitroso glyphosate content differences, and through the process of adjustment toreduce the product of nitroso glyphosate content, improve the quality of the productseffectively.
