The Comparison And Difference Analysis About Heat Holding Ability Of The Skin And Hair Of Raising Male Velvet Mink Lived In Shangzhi Area And Zhanhe Area Of Heilongjiang Province

The Velvet mink is breeding high quality varieties of mink in China.The whole body hair is the same color and quality of a material soft.It is straight guard hair and fluffy flush is close to length.Velvet mink fur density than other domestic breed mink.It has good heat preservation function Is very popular in the market.This mink fur of price is higher than other mink.In this paper,the dark brown velvet minks in the birth year bred in Fusen Mink Farm of Shangzhi City,Heilongjiang Province and the Jingu Mink Farm of Zhanhe Forestry Bureau were taken as the research objects,and five samples were randomly selected from the male minks with the same spreading size and close birth and death time as the experimental samples;the heat transfer coefficient difference of the fur in the abdomen,back and buttock of the minks in the two places was compared by adopting the parameter test platform of animal body the physical property;the fur thickness,length,thinness and medulla indicator of needle hair and fluffy hair as well as hair density of the three parts were respectively measured to compare the related morphological differences between the mink fur skin of the minks in the two places;the meteorological data of the two places were collected to explore the main climatic factors causing the difference of the heat preservation of the fur between the two places.The research shows the following results:(1)Through the comparison of the heat transfer coefficient and indicators of the fur in the abdomen,back and buttock of the minks in the two places,the heat preservation of the fur of the minks in Zhanhe area is superior to that of the Shangzhi area.(2)Through the comparison of the measurement results of the indicators of the fur in the two places by using variance statistics,the fur thickness of Shangzhi showed buttock:4.01,back:3.95,abdomen:3.92.the fur thickness of Zhanhe showed buttock:3.91,back:3.77,abdomen:3.52.there was significant difference in the traits of the fur.Fur of different areas and the same part: the P value of the heat transfer coefficient was 0.008,with significant difference;the P value of the hair density was 0.009,with significant difference;hair density of Zhanhe area> hair density of Shangzhi area;Difference of different parts in the same individual: the fur thickness showed buttock> back> abdomen,length of needle hair and fluffy hair showed buttock> back> abdomen,thinness of needle hair and fluffy hair showed back> buttock> abdomen,and hair density showed back> buttocks> abdomen.(3)To compare(September-November)both the average temperature,rainfall,wind speed.The average temperature of 5.3 ? fashion view area,The average temperature is-0.7 ? with river area,There is a difference in average rainfall of 10.7 mm on average wind speed 0.17 m/s,There were significant differences in the average temperature in these two areas,The content of precipitation and wind speed difference is not obvious.So the temperature may be two region mink coat,the main factors of heat preservation.
