Dual pressure nitric acid production process is an advanced nitric acid production process.The method is characterized by moderate pressure of oxidation and absorption process,low consumption of catalyst and good absorption effect of nitrogen oxide.In this paper,the author analyzes the effects of acid water reuse during absorption process,nitrogen oxide treatment and corrosion effect of equipment,and puts forward some improvement and optimization schemes.In the process of analyzing the structure and absorption principle of the absorber,a mathematical model of the absorption process is established by using the software of Aspen Plus chemical process simulation,which can be used in time to understand the material and energy changes in the process of the absorption process.In addition,the effects of chloride ion on corrosion of stainless steel equipment are analyzed,and the defects in energy saving and consumption reduction are improved.Optimize the implementation of the scheme,reduce environmental risks,facilitate the management of the process and equipment,improve the stability of the operation of the device.
