China’s automobiles are mainly concentrated in urban areas,but due to road congestion,poor fuel quality,and poor vehicle conditions,the HC and CO in automobile exhaust emissions have caused great harm to China’s air quality.The increase of engine deposits will increase the emission of automobile exhaust pollutants.Adding gasoline detergent is a fast and effective measure to reduce the carbon deposition of engine and the emission of automobile exhaust pollutants.In this paper,a kind of gasoline polyether amine polyene amine composite detergent was prepared,and the gasoline and ethanol gasoline were used as fuel for comparison.The influence of the detergent on the carbon deposition in the intake valve and combustion chamber of the direct injection engine was investigated by bench test,and then the influence on the exhaust emission of the vehicle was investigated by the real vehicle test.The main research contents of this project are as follows:In this chapter,polyether amines were synthesized by catalytic reduction amination and polyene amines were prepared by epoxidation.M111 method was used to investigate the effect of two detergents on the carbon deposition of engine.The results show that the effect is best when the content of polyether amine detergent is 300 ppm.When the content of polyene amine detergent is less than 300 ppm,it will increase the deposit in combustion chamber,and when the content is more than 300 ppm,it will reduce the deposit in combustion chamber.(1)Polyether amines were synthesized by catalytic reduction amination and polyene amines were prepared by epoxidation.M111 method was used to investigate the effect of two detergents on the carbon deposition of engine.The results show that the effect is best when the content of polyether amine detergent is 300 ppm.When the content of polyene amine detergent is less than 300 ppm,the inhibition of combustion chamber sediment is less,and when the content is more than 300 ppm,combustion chamber sediment will be reduced.(2)M111 method was used to investigate the effect of compound detergent on the deposits of combustion chamber and intake valve.The results showed that the effect of compound detergent was better than that of single detergent.The effect of compound detergent of two components on the deposits of combustion chamber and intake valve was better than that of single detergent.(3)The results show that the average fuel consumption after adding detergent is 4.4%lower than that without adding detergent,which shows that the compound detergent can reduce fuel consumption to a certain extent,thus saving energy and indirectly reducing exhaust emissions.The carbon deposition of combustion chamber and intake valve decreased by 0.79%and 95.29% respectively.The cleaner can reduce the carbon deposition of combustion chamber and intake valve to a certain extent under simple condition test.(4)The results of double idle test show that the emission of HC and CO can be reduced obviously by adding compound detergent.Under idle and high idle test conditions,CO decreases by 28.57% and 17.65%,HC decreases by 9.38% and 23.08%.CO and HC are both important components of automobile exhaust pollutants,which shows that the compound detergent can greatly reduce the emission of automobile exhaust pollutants and protect the environment.(5)M111 method was used in 15000 km long-distance test to detect the effect of detergent on carbon deposition.The formation of deposits in combustion chamber and intake valve of engine will be increased obviously by alcohol fuel.Lubricating oil antioxidant can inhibit the deposits in combustion chamber and intake valve of engine to a certain extent,especially can significantly reduce the deposits in alcohol fuel intake valve and combustion chamber.The compound detergent has a significant effect on reducing the carbon deposition in the intake valve.The compound detergent has a better effect on inhibiting the deposit formation in the combustion chamber than polyether amine detergent and polyene amine detergent.(6)The long-distance test results show that the compound detergent has a very positive effect on reducing carbon emissions and improving the atmospheric environment.The results of long-distance cycle test show that the addition of detergents has a good inhibitory effect on exhaust emissions.The detergent content of 400 ppm is better than that of 200 ppm.
