Campus by carrying on outdoor simulation experiment to research for filtration system treatment effects under reclaimed water irrigation;along with the water samples further investigating of removal effect with different filter media.The result is following:(1)Grit filter?centrifugal filter?disc filter?screen filter?grit screen filter?grit disc filter?centrifugal screen filter?centrifugal disc filter for reclaimed water and water quality after filtration and find that the parameter such as pit and TDS does not change.The optimum combination of grit disc filter with good removing of pollutants in reclaimed water is obtained.Disc filter and screen filter is not fit for reclaimed water filtration except for combination with grit filter and centrifugal filter.(2)To make a compare of treatment capacity of reclaimed water between filter monomer system and the filter combination systems and find that removal rate of reclaimed water is 30%~79%,filter monomer system is 5%-13%,so the former is better than the latter.(3)For the removal rates of particular pollutants,media were sorted by removal capacity as: Anthracite particles with a size range of 2-4mm turbidity had the best removal effect,average removal rate 69%;The average removal of SS by 3-5mm haydite is as high as 69%;the average removal rates of COD is 42% by 1-3mm quartz sand;haydite with a size range 1-3mm ammonia nitrogen had the best removal effect.Smaller grain size of filter media is helpful to ensuring the quality of the reclaimed water filtered.(4)Quartz sand with stratified particle size ammonia nitrogen had the best removal effect,average removal rate 74%.Steel slag with stratified particle size COD?SS?turbidity had the best removal effect.Quartz sand with stratified particle size is higher than single particle size and removal rate improve about 53%.Filter material with stratified particle size is better than single particle size filter material.(5)The composite filtering material is better than single particle size filter media in reclaimed water treatment.Combination of the zeolite with particle size 4-8mm and the Anthracite with particle size 0.5-2mm is the most effective in reclaimed water treatment of ammonia nitrogen ?turbidity and SS providing a reference standard for filter media of drip irrigation filter.(6)The performance of filtration of quartz sand filter has the better media physical property with the limited decontamination ability and long-term operation suggesting that it is advisable for the choice of filter media with composite stratified particle size beneficial to improve drip irrigation filter efficiency of treatment reclaimed water.
