Polyamide as a kind of traditional engineering plastics has wide applications,but it is limited by the shortage of petroleum resources development.While development of bio-based polyamides not only can accord with the sustainable scientific development view,but also can lay the foundation for expanding its application.This topic we use decamethylene diamine by biomass sources,itaconic acid and butyl diamine three renewable raw materials as monomers for synthetic biomaterials polyamide(BDI).The bio-based polyamide has good performance,such as low melting point,good processability,outstanding spinnability and excellent toughness,even it can dissolve in ethanol.In order to further study the b iological degradable properties of polyamide,in this topic we use Hanks buffer,sodium hydroxide solution and hydrochloric acid solution as a condition of degradation.Studies have shown that with the increase of time and temperature,after treatment in three kinds of solutions polymer degradation degree increased.And at the same temperature,treatment same time in three kinds of solution,the largest degradation degree can be acquired in sodium hydroxide solution,but changing the concentration of the so lution has no obvious influence to the change of the degree of degradation.In addition,due to uninfected cells and good biocompatibility of this kind of polyamide,it can be used as biological medical membrane material.But its high water absorption resulting in instability in fiber membrane size,by adding other polymer blend spinning to improve water absorption and solve this problem,we also can join the antibacterial particles to prepare antibacterial biological dressing.With gelatin,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and polylactic acid(PLA),double mixed spinning spinneret with polyamide,we found that polylactic acid can improve the problem of bibulous polyamide unstable size.In order to further explore the combination of the two polymers,respective ly,by using double spinneret and the three layer stack method preparation to explore the optimal spinning process,and the results show that the prepared three layer stack of PLA-BDI-PLA has the best stability.Adding silver nitrate as antibacterial agents,load the silver ions fiber membrane does not affect its thermal stability,dimension stability,biodegradable performance and uninfected cells,and it also has excellent antibacterial property.
