In recent years, with the growing increases in PM2.5 in environment, it causes many respiratory diseases. A composite fiber film with better adsorption performance and environmental friendly is needed impendency. In the early the raw material is not enough environmental protection and the methods are too single. The rapid development of fiber membrane preparation technology,electrospinning gradually into the researcher's attention. which provides a new direction for the preparation of the new fiber membranes.In this paper, a series of composite fiber films with polylactic acid(PLA) as matrix and medical stone as fillers were prepared by the method of electrostatic spinning. This composite films have good adsorption characteristics, dissolution characteristics and biological activity..First, the medical stones were crused by mechanical methods. This kind of medical stone with fine particle sizes after crushed were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) test, the specific surface area(BET) test and adsorption capacity test. Results indicated that with the decreases in particle size of medical stone, the specific surface area greatly increaseed, while the chemical characteristics of the medical stone did not changed with the decrease in particle size. SEM results revealed that all the medical stone were retained the original nano-pore structure and adsorption capacity. Thought orthogonal experiment method, the polylactic acid fiber nonwoven fabric film electrostatic spinning process has been systematically studied. Experimental results show that, when the selection of spinning voltage 17 k V, dope flow rate 0.5 ml/h, PLA content of5%, solvent ratio of 6:4.On the basis of the above experiments, the medical stone particles with different contents and particle sizes were doped into the PLA to prepared thecomposite fiber films. The composite fiber were characteristics by SEM,FT-IR,TG and the influence of doped medical stone with different particle size and different doping contents on the microstructure, performance, decomposition resistance, mechanicsand impact absorption barrier properties of the composite films were carefully discussed. SEM results showed that when the content of medical stone is 9 wt%, and the particle size is 400 mesh, the dispersion of medical stone is most uniform in fiber. FT-IR analysis showed that the doped of medical stone had no any adverse effects on the chemical structures of the PLA fibers. TG analysis showed that with the increase in medical stones' content, the thermal stability of the composite films were gradually increased, in which the thermal decompositional temperatures of the composite films were increased Moreover, the mechanical and adsorptional performances of the composite fiber film were also inceased with the increase in contents of medical stones. When the content of medical stone was 15 wt.%, the adsorption performance of composite fiber film is 100 %. When the mix of medical stone is 9 wt% and the particle size of medical stone is 400 mesh, the adsorption performance of composite fiber film is also 100 %. The composite fiber films also performance a rather good decompositional resistance from room temperature to 100 ?.
