Formaldehyde as a highly concerned global concern in textiles and clothing fabrics and related standards have their specific limits,and in the actual testing of formaldehyde content of textiles often due to turbidity,precipitation and other interference caused by the test results will be In this paper,we mainly study how to effectively eliminate the interfering substances in these testing processes and accurately test the formaldehyde content in textiles.The main research work is as follows:1)Through the selection of formaldehyde pre-treatment process will produce interference samples,formaldehyde-positive samples and mixed samples of interference and positive samples,respectively,by the double-ketone method,centrifugation,filtration method to eliminate its interference test results show,The use of dimedone method and the centrifugal method in the part of the more serious interference samples will appear the wrong test results using the filter test results are accurate and the test efficiency is higher.2)Aiming at the test process of filtration method,the test flow is optimized,and the comparison test is designed according to the different filtration order and the different filtering times after the filtration and the color development.The analysis of variance is carried out on the experimental data.The results show that,Filtered filter order to eliminate the appearance of turbidity in the formaldehyde test has a good effect,and under normal circumstances can be filtered once the sample to get the exact content of formaldehyde.In this paper,three methods were used to analyze and compare their advantages and disadvantages,and draws the following conclusions: the filtration method has the advantages of high accuracy,the experiment can operate easily with high efficiency of detection.The experiment shows that the filtration method is a kind of fast and accurate experimental method which can be taken for the turbidity of the extract in formaldehyde detection.
