This paper mainly research the eco-textiles garments standards of home and abroad, and were comprehensive, systematic and in-depth comparative analysis study.Firstly, introduced the textile ecology and eco-textiles, a brief introduced the eco-textiles garments standards of home and abroad, labels for eco-textiles garments, etc, focusing on the Europen Eco-Label, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and the home product standards of eco-textiles garments, analyses studied the test items and the corresponding standard of testing methods and detect index.Secondly, according the testing method standards of the national standard GB, the international standard ISO, Japanese standard JIS, the United States Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists standard AATCC carried out a detailed comparative analysis research to main test items of the standard for eco-textiles garments-pH value, formaldehyde, color fastness (water, perspiration, rubbing, saliva, domestic and commercial laundering fastness). Finally, according the testing method standards of GB, ISO, JIS, AATCC, carried out experimental comparative study to pH value, formaldehyde, color fastness, analyse the sameness and differences between test results and the differences of testing method standards for the impact test results on the same item, and carried out correlation analysis for pH value and formaldehyde, and used the sight and instrumental assessment for the results of the fastness of water, perspiration, saliva, domestic and commercial laundering.Through research it found that, GB/T18885 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 provide more clear testing method standards, some test items to specific provisions of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 in more detail, comprehensive, and generally speaking, the limit value of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is a little more stringent. There are some differences between the testing method standards of home and abroad. Through test and analysis it believed that, pH value of the test, AATCC is the most stringent standards, followed by the JIS, then the ISO, and finally the GB, GB and ISO, JIS and AATCC have a not bad relativity; formaldehyde of the test, release formaldehyde and free formaldehy have a bad relativity; the release of formaldehyde test, AATCC is the most stringent standards, GB and ISO does not differ greatly, and GB/ISO and AATCC have a not bad relativity; the free of formaldehyde test, GB, ISO, JIS (acetylacetone method B) does not differ greatly, but the JIS standard operability good; water, perspiration, washing fastness testing, GB, ISO, JIS does not differ greatly and more stringent than AATCC; rubbing fastness of the test, JIS (â…¡-type instrument) is the most liberal standard, GB, ISO, JIS (â… -type instrument) does not differ greatly, AATCC is more strict in dry rubbing color fastness test and loose in wet rubbing color fastness; saliva fastness of the test, GB is the most stringent, followed by the DIN, and finally SN/T; There are differences in the fastness result between sight and instrumental assessment.
