With the production technology development of soda ash,some of new outstanding equipments have gradually been paid attention to soda ash manufacturers,including cooling device for producing soda cooling process of heavy soda ash.For example,Powder flow heat exchanger and screening equipment-------rocking sieve.A set of water production equipment for heavy soda ash was produced and reformed by Jiangsu Jingshen Salt& Chemical industry Co.Ltd Huaian soda plant.Meantime,we take advantage of this opportunity to developed the first domestic vertical wall type powder flow heat exchanger.The new product developed successfully and put into use immediately.Moreover we relates to the new rocking sieve and the powder flow heat exchanger.At present,it showed obvious benefit advantages according to the use of rocking sieve and powder flow cooler in the cooling process.Compared with traditional equipment,it is of great significance to analyze and overcome the problems in actual production of the new equipment.This paper introduces the properties,uses,industrial development,production methods,technological flow and environmental pollution problems in the production process of soda ash.And the possible environmental pollution problems in the production process,the working principle and characteristics of three kinds of cooling equipment and two kinds of screening equipment for producing soda cooling process of heavy soda ash are analyzed.The characteristics of the new equipment are studied,and the performance and operation of the new equipment are provided in the thesis.On the base of working in Jiangsu Jingshen Salt& Chemical industry Co.Ltd Huai'an soda plant,some problems in the actual production of the equipment system used in the matching swing screen of powder flow heat exchanger are analyzed.To overcome the difficulties,through the key technology are upgraded.What's more,the production capacity and economic benefit of heavy-quality soda are further improved.I combined with the production of new equipment and compare the powder flow heat exchanger,the production capacity and economic benefit of the rocking sieve with the old ones.At last,to provide reference for further understanding of their performance and operation,I study the characteristics of the new equipment.Through production practice,the upgraded equipment can be used in the production of heavy and pure soda ash with long period stability.The new equipment can be put into use,which can save energy,reduce pollution and improve the quality of products.Its economic and environmental benefits are obvious.
