In recent years,the chemical industry developed very difficult and the chlor-alkali industry also hard because overcapacity.Under such market environment,energy saving,lower costs of production became so important for developing of enterprise.The main production chlor-alkali is chlorine gas,temperature about 85.0 ~ 87.0 ?,15% of water in,contains a amount of heat,the industry generally is not used this heat,after treatment process by washing and cooling process with circulating water.The second chapter by calculations show that at least the heat can be used filtered brine temperature increase 5.0 ?,for filtering brine heating source,and the rational design of heat exchangers.For changing the process,the heat exchanger according to the actual production data suggest that heated saltwater chlorine process feasible.After calculation of economic,technological change,each producing 1t caustic soda,saving steam 96.91 kg,saving of about 2.67 million RMB each year.When the ion-exchange membrane electrolysis apparatus in the catholyte exchanger is designed as cooling,the actual operating data of NCZ electrolyzers,the catholyte exchanger capacity is heat The chapter III determined by theoretical analysis,the catholyte exchanger for heating,will change the cathode material flow fluid heat exchanger temperature against to change steam flow,in order to change the function of the heat.Supporting DCS,automatic control system,reduce the frequency of operation of the workers,extended equipment life.
