Design And Analysis Of The Special Machine For The Front Surface Of Solid Wood Car Armrest

With the continued growth of national motor vehicle ownership,the time people touching with cars become longer and longer,and the comfort and environmental protection degree of interior become a new research direction for designers.Wood is a material which collect beautiful and green together.However,solid wood interiors only applied in high-end sedan.How to reduce the processing cost of solid wood car interior and promote the popularity of it become a new project.This paper is going to design a CNC equipment to process the front surface of solid wood car armrest.This paper will determine the processing track of the special machine through researching the processing object and processing technic.Analyzing the production efficiency and calculating the cutting force and cutting power to decide the main parameters of the special machine.According to the acquirements and principle of the special machine,design the overall structure of the special machine.Based on the main technical parameters and overall structure,design specific structures of the special machine focusing on the host,feed mechanism and clamping mechanism which ensure the special machine can locate accurately,feed accurate,process efficient.Set up 3D models of the special machine with SolidWorks.Using the SolidWorks Simulation software carries out finite element analysis of the key parts of the special machine.Through static analysis checking the strength,stiffness and other performance while modal analysis analyzing the natural frequency and its shape,prove the reasonable and the reliable of the key parts of the special machine.Make the PLC control system for the special machine,complete the analyzing of functional requirements,the designing of electrical schematic,the selecting of hardware and the researching of control interface,and design control system programs.All of these help achieve automatic processing and improve accuracy of the special machine.The special machine for the front surface of solid wood car armrest designed in this paper is an important equipment of the line processing solid wood car armrest.It can provide an effective solution for reducing the processing cost of solid wood car armrest,improving the efficiency of production and promoting the application of solid wood car interior.
