Inside slips as an important anchor lock components,its performance will directly affect the working effect of packer,And the slip performance is mainly reflected in its mechanical performance,Taking(37)4.152 casing as an example,combined with the existing packer slip structure and working principle,Identified two packer slip structure in solution,this paper designed four slip inside locking mechanisms: C type of double sided teeth,double sided teeth,C type and split type.According to the structural characteristics of four slip,Two slip skip analysis model were built up respectively.Combining with the mechanics principle and Moore integral,the slip skip loading and springback analysis and calculation were completed.Results show that four slip can complete jump tooth movement,single thread structure springback distance is relatively small,locking effect is better.Using ANSYS analysis technology,combined with the structure of four slip reasonable simplify.In view of the actual working condition of packer slip,boundary conditions are set.Analysis in four slips under the rated load stress value and four slip along the axial and circumferential stress rule changes,Results showed that all of them can meet the strength requirements.Under the same load condition,the stress produced by the slip is minimal,and along the circumferential and axial stress distribution is more even,for a better structure.At the same time,Experimental contrast of four slip performance were completed,verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation of the packer inside slip.Recognized the Mechanical properties of Valvular Slip as the research object,and using Slip Cone-Angle,teeth-Angle,pitch and depth of the thread engagement as the parameters for factors,this paper adopts finite element analysis method and the orthogonal experiment method to conduct parameters optimization design on the structure of ship,and the range-method and variance-method were used to analyze the testing result,we concluded that Slip Cone-Angle and pitch were the significant factors affecting its mechanical performance,and the Valvular Slip would achieve the optimal mechanical performance when ? ?? ?d were 10 °,20 °,2.5 mm and 0.5 mm respectively.
