| With the deepening of crude oil exploitation degree in recent years,more and more chemical additives are used in the production process.The quality of crude oil is seriously affected by the chemical additive which contains organic chlorine.There are two kinds of chloride in the crude oil,including inorganic chloride and organic chlorine,and they could corrode the equipment and poison the catalyst.So researching the source of organic chlorine in the high water-content crude oil and the method of detecting the content of organic chloride could provide a reliable evidence to control the organic chlorine content.Also,it is helpful for reducing the organic chlorine concentration and keeping the chemical enterprises safe.By referring to a large number of literature and organic chlorine data of Shengli Oil field,I figure out the origin of organic chlorine.Through doing a lot of simulation experiments in the laboratory,I figure out the relationship between chemical additive and organic chlorine and the component of organic chlorine.I make it clear that how to detect the organic chlorine content,through doing the experiment about subtraction and distillation.In the course of experiment,I analyze the uncertainty of micro-coulometry.According to the equipment which is widely used now,I improve the distillation equipment.The results show that the organic chlorine in the high water-content crude oil of Shengli Oil Field mainly originates from chemical additives which are used in the production process,and the oily additive easly mix in the crude oil.There are many kinds of chemical additive,including aromatic,alkane,alcohol,organic acid,lipid and so on.The modified method of distillation is suitable for testing the organic chlorine in the high water-content crude oil,and it is simple to operate. |
