| HFW steel pipe,the full name is High-Frequency Welded Pipe,which means welding steel with the frequency is equal or greater than 70 kHz.HFW welded pipe impacting energy is one of important indicators to measure the quality of welding.With the wide range of demand of high grade steel,it shows high requirements of welding seam impacting energy.At the present stage,HFW high-frequency welded pipe exists low and unstable impacting energy,which causes larger difficulties for new products developing.There are lots of elements to affect impacting energy in the production of HFW steel pipe.A lot of pants do some research on raw material’s quality,welding quality,machines’ speed and intermediate frequency heat treatment temperature.But they do rare research on the large amount of extrusion HFW steel welding,online deformation processing and raw material quality of specific steel grade.HFW steel pipe uses hot rolling plate as raw materials,which performance and quality are determined to impacting energy definitely.Therefore,aiming at specific grade steel of J55,study and give the optimum data of physical and chemical properties on raw material J55.As well as study the stability of impacting energy on welding seam under big amount extrusion,standard’s requirement and influence on on-line deformation after medium frequency heat treatment.Form a set of complete online deformation processing line by designing new technical,field inspection and data collection.Based on the test and research above,it advances the impacting energy of HFW’s welding seam after applying them in production,which brings in significant economic and social efficient as well as improves the product quality and extends the application. |
