Production Of Management Research On High-power Long Disitance Pipeline Pump

Currentl y in China,most of the oil-pipeline pumps are produced by foreign manufac turer s.Compared with the domestic brands,imported pumps have advantages in t he following aspect s: stable and reliable operat ion,small parametr ic variation in vibration and temperature,hi gh efficiency,hi gh degree of automation,easy acc ess t o remote operation,high level of protection and low spillage.Howeve r,the imported products take high cos t in buying spare parts and dai ly maintenance.Due to the restrictions such as techni cal know-how,technology i nheritances,continuous im provement,fi nancial support and staff turnover,most of the domes tic manufac turers are only capa ble of producing medium and sm all pi peli ne pumps below 1000 KW power.Only few domestic products can achieve the power up to2000 kW.The disadvantage s of domestic pumps are also obvious: large param et ric variation,low efficiency,high value of beari ng tem perat ure and vibration and heavy workload of maintenance.According to i ncompl ete statistics,China wi ll construct at least 50,000 kil omet ers new pipelines am ong which 18,000 ki lometers are oil pipelines.Therefore,the demand for oil-pipeline equipment is much huge.Consi dering the current depende nce on the im ported equipment,it is nece s sary to s trengthen the management of dom estic producti on of the equipment,improve product quality,in order to faci litate the popularization and application in the fut ure.Based on the research project,“ the localiz ation of key equipment ”,ini tiated by P etroChi na,t his paper targets on i mproving t he defici encies of the dom estic pump to develop producti on managem ent of producing high-power,high-speed,s elf-lubri cating oil-transport ed pump.Try to resea rch and develop t he oil-transported pump unit with independent i ntel lectual property by means of project manageme nt and const ruction,selecti ng the cooperating manufac turer s,strict manageme nt on designing,producing and ex perimenting and comprehe ns ive performance evaluation.The success of the research will break the monopoly of forei gn brand products and signifi cantly save t he cost on the construction of oil-pipeline system.
