The large number of mining of the conventional oil and gas resources, the output are decreased year by year.As a result, the exploration direction is turning to the unconventional oil and gas resources.Tiaohu shale oil testing area will be developed jointly by Shell Company and C hina National Petroleum Corporation.By the use of the artificial fracture technology can exploit the shale oil, which has the characteristics of low output and long stable time in oil-producing.Because of its evaluation phase,it is necessary to evaluate the commercial value before large-scale development. And the overall process is needed to be determinded. The main purpose is to choose the best overall process project.According to the physical characteristics of shale oil,the oil and gas gathering and processing technology can be determined. The technological process is single well?well site?small oil tank and water tank?oil transportation and water treatment.According to the HYSYS simulation parameters and the design specification,we can selecte the corresponding equipment. The reaction adsorption treatment technology has been put into use of fluid treatment. The recommended proposal and the best overall process project can be selected by the economic analysis. The equipments might be abandoned without the economic development.Because of this characteristic,we should make the equipments standardized, modular and dragging working. As a result, the equipments can be easy to move and assemble. The late development planning of the area should be taken to determine the late gathering scheme.According to the different capacity for different series, the optimal solution will be selected. Finally,we can evaluate wether to exploit the area or not based on the price of crude oil.
