With the sustaind exploitation and production of the domestic big oil fields, the major ofthem has reciprocally entered the time of high water content. The technology of polymerlfooding has been employed widely in the oil ifeld, and it has led to the complex component ofproduced water.Because the polymer is a surface acting agent of high eiffciency,it heightensthe stability of oil/water emulsion and takes considearble diiffculty in work of oil and waterseparation. In view of the inlfuential factors of emulsion stability, it is significant to guide theproduction of oil field that the technology of oil and water separation of produced water bypolymer flooding is studied. Now there are many shortages in vairous treatments of producedwater. It is high efficiency and environmental by Microwave Radiation disposing oilysewagc. In the paper, it is studied systematically on the mechanism of disposal of producedwater by polymer flooding atfer microwave ardiation by expeirment-First of all,it is researched that the regular pattern of disposal of produced water bypolymer lfooding is treated after microwave radiation by sets of expeirment. The main work canbe summed up as the following aspects:1.The produced water by polymer lfooding manufactured by self has been used in theresearch. The samples are disposed by tarditional heating and microwave radiation respectivelyIt is shown that the treatment of microwave radiation is supeiror to that of traditional heating, after compairng;2.1t is studied on that the influential rule of the microwave parameters(time andpower). And it is obtained that the optimum condition by microwave radiation;3.Samples of diffeernt oil-bearing rate and different initial concentration of polymer aretreated respectively under the optimum condition.Analyse the cffecct of different oil-beairngrate and different initial concentration of polymer;4.By using uniform design expeirments, research microwave power, time and initialconcentration of polymer affecting to the deoil rate and ultimate concentration of polymer.Match deoil rate and ultimate concentration empirical formula of the above mentionedrelationship respectively and analyse laboratory findings by empirical formula. Then analyse the reasons of degradation reaction of polymer causing the oil and waterseparation using microwave radiation by uniting the theory of microwave heating, the theory ofemulsion and the theory of degradation reaction of polymer. Finally, establish the dynamic modeling of blob of emulsion containing polymer, atferanalysing the strained of the emulsion containing polymer in the high-rfequencyelectromagnetic field. The lfuid film breaks off by the change of relating to the the emulsioniflm, what causes the degradation reaction of polymer and oil and water separation. It is shown rfom laboratory findings and theoretical analysis that the temperature ofemulsion irses fast, then the chemical bond of polymer breaks up and macromolecule degradesto small molecule by microwave radiation,Atfer polymer degrading, the viscosity of emulsionand the absolute value of Zeta potential decreases, what makes the collision and concentration ofoil droplet easily. The disposal of rroduced water by polymer flooding by microwave radiationis saving-time, environmental and effective, and it has great and applicable prospect.
