| The structure of Nd-IR such as SCR5,TLIR70,TLIR80,SKI-5,SKI-5PM and YKS-80 was analyzed by Gel Permeation Chromatography,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer and Differential Scanning Calorimeter.The analysis show that the cis1,4-structure content of IR was lower than NR,the glass-transition temperature of IR was higher than NR,the low temperature resistance of several IR is similar.Several IR was assessed by ISO2303-2011.Compared with NR,it was found that the elongation at break of IR higer than NR,the wet skid resistance of IR was better than NR,the hardness and rebound of IR was a bit lower than NR,the tensile strength and breakdown strength of IR is lower than NR,the 100% tensile modulus and 300% tensile modulus was far less than NR,heat build up and permanent deformation was similar to NR.the wear resistance and anti-aging performance of vulcanizate was significantly increased when the standard formulation of IR(SKI-5PM,TL-IR80,YKS80)was added with antioxidant 4020.The IR were assessed by the practical formulation provied by Kunlun tire factory.It show that the positive sulfuration time of practial formulation was less than standard formulation.The use of practical formulation can reduce production costs and save energy consumption.Compared with vulcanizate that assessed by standard formulation,the 100% tensile modulus and 300% tensile modulus of vulcanizate assessed by practical formulation was higher,the tensile strength was a little bit lower,the heat build up was higher and Akron abrasion was lower.IR/NR Blends was assessed by practical formulation.As the ratio of IR increased,the tensile strength and breakdown strength of IR/NR Blends showed little change.It proved that the vulcanizate of IR/NR Blends can hold its tensile strength and breakdown strength when it was mixed with IR.Nd-IR produced by Tianli Enterprises can substitute NR at the ratio of 75% without affecting the performance,so Nd-IR possessed good blending with other rubber.the wear resistance and anti-aging performance of vulcanizate was significantly increased when the standard formulation of IR/NR Blends was added antioxidant 4020.The performance of IR with different antioxidants were investigated.When antioxidant 4020 was used in IR,it showed excellent effect on the tensile strength,100% tensile modulus and 300% tensile modulus.However,the elongation at break of IR added with antioxidant 4020 is lower than others.The tensile strength and the elongation at break of IR added with the complex of 1520 & 1076 is higher than IR added with the antioxidant BHT.The tensile strength,100% tensile modulus and the elongation at break of IR added with the complex of 1520 & 705 T is higher than IR added with the phenolic antioxidant. |
