This work came from the ground construction project of Chepai well 1 in Xinjiang Chepaizi oilfield.Because there is no ground gathering and transportation processing system in the well area,it is needed to build a new joint station including crude oil treatment,sewage treatment and water injection.This work will mainly aim at designing a crude oil processing system with process capacity of 12×104 t/a to ensure the water content in the oil less than 0.5 % after dehydration treatment for the pit produced fluid.According to the design requirements of the project,the properties of the extracted oil and gas were analyzed,which indicated that the oil is thin oil with the density of 847 kg/m3.The Hysys software was used to characterize the oil.By screening test on demulsifier,after 4 h dehydration treatment,the demulsifier KL-6 could reduce water cut in the oil to 16.01 %,whose dehydration effect was the best in the 14 demulsifiers.Through evaluation of crude oil and electric dehydration experimental data,the thermal chemical and electrochemical dehydration temperature were determined to be 50 oC and 60 oC,respectively.The main process parameters were determined according to the experimental data,specification requirements and PIPEPHASE software simulation results.Thermal chemical and thermoelectric chemical two dehydration processes were designed for the crude oil in station,respectively.According to the flow diagrams of processes,through Hysys software,the material balance calculations and equipment selections were carried out for two processes.A sedimentation tank of 500 m3 was chosen for the thermochemical dehydration,and a crude oil processor of ?3000×14000 mm for the thermoelectric chemical dehydration.On the basis of the comparison of two processes on cost and energy consumption,the thermoelectric chemical dehydration technology has shown some advantages,such as the reasonable resource utilization,less oil and gas loss,and high dehydration efficiency.The project investment could be reduced by 562.06 million yuan,the annual operating costs saved by 24.69 million yuan,and the processing energy consumption reduced by 0.82 kgce for thermoelectric chemical dehydration technology compared with thermal chemical dehydration technology.Therefore,the thermoelectric chemical dehydration process should be adopted for the crude oil processing system of this station.Finally,combined with the specification requirements,the design principle of thermoelectric chemical dehydration process was introduced,and the energy consumption of the process,the anticorrosion,heat preservation and environmental protection measures were analyzed.The crude oil processing system was arranged in the northwest of station according to the requirements of "the petroleum and natural gas engineering general design specifications ".
