Due to the viscosity and density of heavy oil,the difficulty of dehydration is high and makes the cost high.the thermal chemical dehydration technology of estuarine heavy oil is important for the dehydration production of crude oil in Hekou Oilfield. It has important practical and economic significance.Based on international standard, the basic physical parameters/bars such as density, pour point,viscosity-temperature characteristic curve and reverse-running point of estuarine heavy oil were measured, and the optimum conditions for the preparation of stable crude oil emulsion were determined.SHWZ-P1 and SHCY-P4 are two kinds of demulsifiers that were selected, but the combination of extensive experiment showed that the two demulsifiers had poor compatibility and dehydration effect.Crude oil emulsion effluent with the dehydration temperature increases, but from the view or perspective of energy-saving emission reduction,by improving the dehydration temperature will lead to increased energy consumption, therefore,to meet the requirements of crude oil outside the water supply requirements, should try to choose a lower Dehydration temperature.(CAC).When the demulsifier concentration does not reach CAC,the demulsification effect increases with the amount of demulsifier. When the demulsifier concentration reaches CAC,the demulsification effect increases with the amount of demulsifier Large and no longer change,or even reduce the situation. For the heavy oil in Shenglikou Oilfield, the best concentration of SHWZ-P1 and SHCY-P4 is 50 ppm.It is found that the optimum dehydration temperature is closely related to the water content of the crude oil emulsion, making it convenient to select the lowest dehydration temperature in the optimum dehydration temperature range.
