Data Model Design And Software Development Of Life Cycle Of New Synthetic Resin Products

In this thesis,combined with PetroChina Co Ltd's ERP application integration project “Chemical Products Development and Services”,the scope of “Data Model Research of Life Cycle of Synthetic Resin” includes the life cycle of synthetic resin products from requirements,research,development,production,sales to the end of new products.In first phase the pilot product are polyethylene,polypropylene and ABS resin.According to the research situation of chemical industry product development and the data analysis of products' life cycle,the paper design the data model of life cycle and discussion and analysis the data model in chemical products development and services.Thesis uses the method of relation data model to design chemical product development and service,research demand information of new products and activities of chemical products development and service,analyze business connection and relationships between subject fields,identify 8 subject fields and design their conceptual data model,design new product demand data model with the example of new product demand subject.Basis on this,referencing to the customer demand design user interfaces which are simple to operate according to the functional details of data model.On the basis of basic data of chemical product development services,it is considered to select special material K9928 H about liquid washing machine as an example to show the data.Finally,it should to help enterprise to grasp the rules of changing business activities analysising new product data according to the certain strategies and methods.
