Reservoir geological description is the basis for the developing of the oilfield,and making an accurate evaluaiton will help us to formulate the rational development program.Especially for the bottom water reservoir,the water is the original force for diaplacing,the distribution of the interlayer will deeply influence the flow of the oil and water.As a rusult,the development of the reservoir will be affected.Nowadays,the research of indentifing the interlayer is done manually intensive which will cost too much time and energy.Besides,the difference between worker can not make sure the consistency of the indentification results.With the development of the technology,more and more attention are appended on the automaticn indentificaion methods which could speed up the work deeply.In this paper,some results were obtained:(1)We divided the interlayer into two types which representative different sedimentary enviormentent.Mud inaterlayer,calcareous interlayer have different responds of well logs which provides the possbility for us to figure out each kind interlayer.(2)Through the analysis,the mathematical method of automatin layering as well as the distnguishing the interlayer was obtained.(3)Through software programming,The soft can divided the layers and figure out the interlayer automaticlly.What's more,It can also forecast the spread of the interlayer.(4)The P reservoir application of the soft proved that the soft has a high value for real reservoir.On the basis of the research results,the writer build the model of the Panyu reservoir and studied the influencing factor for the resudial oil as well as the distribution pattern.At last,the writer provided the way for digging the potential oil.Through coding the Interlayer automatic identification software,first we can greatly improve the interlayer recognition speed,save a lot of energy and time which could improve the research efficiency,Also the soft could provids us a unified standard which is possible to avoid the inconsistency that due to the subjective differences to ensure the recognition results accuracy.As a ruslt,providing support for the subsequent for geological modeling process,and guarantee for designing the reservoir development program.
