Packer is one of the essential down-hole tools in the process of oil production by layer,the research of its new loading,sealing mechanism,optimize the structure can effectively solve the problem of slice mining of high temperature and high pressure reservoir,which can enhance the technical level of oil in the field of high temperature and high pressure seal,it is of great significance for the development of the deep reservoir.In this paper,the packer down-hole working condition were analyzed.The material parameters of Yeoh model can be obtained through curve fitting with the uniaxial tensile test on the rubber with filler,and the strain energy function of the rubber can be determined combining the experimental data.Based on the finite element simulation software ANSYS,packer rubber tube simulation model was established and analyzed the influence of different setting way with respect to sealing performance.According to the results of the analysis to determine the two-way compressed and designed the two-way compressed packer,realized the function design of the packer,realized the virtual assembly of packer.Then the key parts and important parameters was designed and calculated.Further rubber was analyzed by ANSYS,improvements of rubber structure was made and shaped rubber and assorted structure rubber were designed.The research results show that for different loading ways,two-way compressed packer had good sealing effect and stable performance and had better sealing performance than single-way compressed packer by the analysis of the maximum contact pressure,average contact pressure,contact length,deformation figure,etc;According to the working principle of the hydraulic cylinder,the method of bidirectional hydraulic cylinder was used and achieved the anchor,setting,unlock of packer.Then working parameters of packer was calculated;Shaped rubber and assorted structure rubber had the good sealing and stable performance and better than conventional rubber.Further the new rubber was analyzed in key size,loading method,material hardness in order to discover and understand more the new rubber about application conditions,working styles and sealing performance.
