| Vibration percussion drilling technology is a new drilling technology,it’s developed on the basis of the rotary drilling technology.On the top of the drill bit is installing a impactor,it can produce longitudinal impact,and through the drill bit will put the cyclical impacted load on the formation.Under the common function,the impacted load and statical rotary break rock.The impacted load produced by the drill bit makes the rock to form a fracture of volume,in this way,improveing the drilling speed.At present,many units are carrying out research on the vibration drilling technology in China,but it is still in the stage of catching up with foreign countries,and it is not widely used in the area.In this paper,it based on the vibration and impact drilling technology and the traditional impactor,designing a new vibration structure of impactor.Through the analysis of the vibration mechanism of the impactor,determining the overall design scheme of concave and convex drilling vibration and impact device,establishing the three-dimensional model of the impactor and finishing the structural design of each parts of device.On the basis of the theoretical analysis results,determining the types of supporting screw drill tool and completing the renovation design of screw.Using ANSYS software to carry on the static analysis to the key parts of the impact device,and finish the strength check of the related parts.Using ANSYS and MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the process of the vibration and impact device,and obtain optimum parameters and structure of the key part of the vibration impactor.The results show that the concave and convex drilling vibration impactor can produce stable and reliable longitudinal vibration by the interaction of internal and external vibration.The structure of barrel adopts the integral structure type and it’s length is 562 mm,the material is Q345 B.TC bearing body alloy block type is 5×3×30mm,and it’s matrix material is cast tungsten carbide and impregnated alloy.The length of the core shaft is 750 mm,the diameter of the middle drilling fluid channel is 40 mm,and the material selection is 40 CrMnMo.And structural design of vibration with three groups of helical tooth structure,the material is 40 CrNiMo,and the type of screw drilling tool is 9LZ172×7.0.The strength check results of the key parts of device show that the designed vibration impactor meet the strength requirements.Optimizing the spiral tooth height is 15 mm,and the optimized structure of internal and external vibration and seat is set with spiral teeth of PDC.This article uses the method of combining the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the research analyzes the vibration and vibration principle of impactor,designes a new type impactor and forms a complete set of device,determines the screw drilling model,completes the vibration impact strength checking and simulation optimization of device.Research results for the vibration impact the development of drilling technology has provided the theory and equipment support. |
