Currently, there are about 60% pipelines in the aging stage around the world, and in our country there are more than 50% pipelines which its age pipe is over fifteen years, these pipes have serious potential safety hazard.Once these pipes leak or break,it is likely to cause the serious accident such as explosion, poisoning and so on.They are not only damage the social production and the national economy seriously, but also make people's life and property suffer huge losses;furthermore,it can cause serious environmental pollution, and affect the social stable directly. In addition, the construction sites are in the field, and there are also influenced by the local natural environment or the human geography situation. Moreover its construction period is long and the broad area is wide, these characteristics determine more uncertainty factors and more hazards in the long-distance pipeline construction, and these losses can prompt the project manger to consider every factor comprehensively both in theory and practice. Moreover the risk management and evaluation can be also emphasized on the long-distance pipeline construction. It is based on above situation, the risk management evaluation indexes system of X pipeline project is constructed according to the basic theory of risk firstly. Then, this paper proposed evaluation model of risk management of X pipeline project based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, and the comprehensive evaluation result indicates that this method which is applied to the evaluation of risk management of X pipeline project is feasible. Finally give the research conclusion and suggestion.
