| The hot rolled plate which has been molded,with its tube billet edge to be heated to be mo-lten by high frequency current skin effect and proximity effect.Then it has been squeezed by the press welding under the impact of squeeze roller.The above mentioned way is the technol-ogy of HFW.HFW pipe has been developing rapidly in the welded pipe industry with its advantages of uniform wall thickness,strong ability to resist collapse,high dimensional accuracy,conducive to subsequent rolling processing and mechanical processing,low energy consumption and no pollution in the processes.Although the number and the production capacity of HFW pipe unit is relative big,but compared with developed countries,it has still have apparent difference for the questions of unstable quality,imbalance development,but the demand is great in the future.Researching HFW high frequency straight seam welded pipe process and technical parameters,improving rate of finished products and stable quality of product,to offer good technical support for producing high quality line pipe,oil well tube,low pressure boiler pipe,structure pipe,mechanical structure pipe,which has important social meaning and good economic benefit.Basing on HFW straight seam welded pipe production line,this paper can do the research for HFW forming mechanism and applied technology.By combination of theory research and production practice,regarding the welding pipe technology and the introduction of production line as the breakthrough point,from raw material,molding process,welding process,heat treatment process,all together four aspects,to elaborate the main factors affecting the quality of welded pipe.Taking 244.5x8.94 mm J55 for example,to set the reasonable process parameters and research the technological process,technological parameters and quality monitoring methods to ensure HFW pipe stable production of high quality and high yield.Finally combining with actual production,to analyze HFW pipe formation mechanism of common defects and preventive measures,exemplify the field application case and conclusion of the new century. |
